תקנון האתר
השימוש באתר פני הדף כפוף לתנאים המפורטים להלן (להלן "תנאי השימוש"), ומהוה הסכמה מצדך לתנאים אלה. אם אינך מסכים לתנאי השימוש, כולם או חלקם- אינך רשאי לעשות שימוש באתר לכל מטרה שהיא.
חברת פני הדף (להלן "פני הדף"), תוכל לשנות מעת לעת את מבנה אתר פני הדף (להלן "האתר"), מראהו, את השירותים באתר, היקפם וזמינותם של השירותים, להוסיף או להוריד סוגיות מסוימות או כל היבט אחר הכרוך בכך - והכל בלא צורך להודיע למשתמש על כך מראש.
שינויים מסוג זה עלולים להיות כרוכים בתקלות וכיו"ב; לא תהיה משום כך כל טענה, תביעה או דרישה כלפי פני הדף בקשר לכך.
מוסכם בזה כי לא תהיה למשתמש כל טענה, תביעה ו/או דרישה כלפי פני הדף ו/או מי מטעמה בגין שינויים כאמור ו/או תקלות שיתרחשו אגב ביצועם.
מובהר כי חברת פני הדף איננה אחראית לציוד הקצה של המשתמש ו/או לשירותים של צדדים שלישיים.
חברת פני הדף אינה מתחייבת כי המידע באתר יופיע ללא טעויות ו/או שיבושים.
קניין רוחני, זכויות יוצרים וסימני מסחר
חל איסור על המשתמש להכניס שינויים, להעתיק, לפרסם, להפיץ, לשכפל, להציג, לשדר, לבצע, ליצור עבודות נגזרות, להנפיק רשיון למכור, להציג בפומבי, או למסור לצד שלישי כל חלק מן המידע הכלול באתר, ללא הסכמתה הכתובה והמפורשת של פני הדף.
הגבלת אחריות
המשתמש מצהיר ומתחייב כלפי פני הדף כדלקמן:
- משתמש לא יתחזה לאדם אחר או ישתמש בכרטיס אשראי או במרכיב ממרכיביו במטרה להונות.
- הנהלת האתר שומרת על זכותה לאסוף מידע הנוגע לדפוסי השימוש באתר וברשת, ולהשתמש במידע זה לצורך שיפור השרותים באתר.
סמכות שיפוט
תנאי השימוש כפופים לדין הישראלי. כל עילה משפטית הנובעת מהשימוש באתר, ברירת דין, מקום השיפוט וסמכות השיפוט הבלעדית בכל סכסוך הנוגע לאתר ולשימוש בו, תהיה לפי בחירת פני הדף.
שונות
פני הדף שומרת לעצמה את הזכות לסרב להעניק גישה לאתר או לחלקים ממנו, לכל משתמש על פי שיקול דעתה הבלעדי וללא צורך להודיע על כך מראש.

User agreement
The use of the site is subjected to the terms listed ahead (hereinafter “usage terms”) and is hereby an acceptance of these terms. If you do not accept all, or part, of the user agreement - you may not use the Pnei Hadaf web -site (hereinafter “the site”) for any use whatsoever.
The Pnei Hadaf company (hereinafter “Pnei Hadaf”) can occasionally change the website’s structure, design, services, extend and availability of services, addition or subtraction of sugyut and any other related aspect, all without having to notify the user in advance. Changes such as these may cause malfunctions etc, which may not be used as demands or claims against Pnei Hadaf.
It is agreed that the user shall not have any claim or demand towards Pnei Hadaf or anyone on its behalf regarding changes and/or the resulting malfunctions. As part of its services, Pnei Hadaf shall try to enable operational functioning of the systems providing the services. It is made clear that Pnei Hadaf is not responsible for any user-end equipment or 3’rd party services.
Pnei Hadaf is not obligated that all the information on the site shall be flawless and/or without error.
Copyrights, intellectual property and trademarks
The site and all its contents, including design, pictures, texts, patents, illustrations, photographs, audio, video, diagrams, maps, computer code, graphics, names and trademarks, partial or full chain of ideas, all formal and essential parts of the site, all files or applications of any kind, that appear on the Pnei Hadaf website etc. (hereinafter “the information”), registered or unregistered, are the exclusive property of the Pnei Hadaf website and are protected by copyright laws of the state of Israel and by international agreements and copyright laws of other countries.
The information is the intellectual property of Pnei Hadaf or of the 3’rd parties allowing the company to publish the copyright information on the website.
The user is forbidden to change, copy, publish, distribute, replicate, display, broadcast, perform, create derivatives, license to sell, publicly display, or pass to a 3’rd party any part of the information on the site without the explicit written permission of Pnei Hadaf.
Limited warranty
The user declares and commits to Pnei Hadaf as follows:
- The user will not impersonate as another or use another’s credit card details, or part of them, in fraud.
- Pnei Hadaf is permitted to collect usage data of the site and the web, and use this data to improve their services.
Legal jurisdiction
The user agreement is bound by Israeli law. Any legal issue regarding the usage of the site, choice of legal venue and the authority of legal jurisdiction, shall be determined exclusively by Pnei Hadaf.
Misc
Pnei Hadaf reserves the right to deny any user it sees fit, access to the site or parts of it, without prior notification.
